Apartment Fire

This apartment had a fire in the second floor apartment.  SERVPRO was called out immediately to do a board up of the property and secure the building.  Board ups are done for the fire department, property owner, and renter to secure the property from further damage and maintain the scene if necessary.  This particular fire affected the entire building and the 8 apartments that were in it.  SERVPRO did remediation, dry out from the water used to fight the fire, and deodorization of the building. It took just 5 months and the reconstruction was done and the renters were moved back into the building.  SERVPRO was honored to help this property management company bring these renters back.
